“This “towel” is so much more than your average beach towel!! I keep it in my car for a towel, blanket, hide my purse under, cover my 2yr old up to run into Target when it’s raining... the list goes on! It’s soooo soft & cozy. perfect”
“I ordered their whale shark towel that was as long as it said it was. It’s light and thin but not too thin. So I ordered the wanderlust towel. It was supposed to be the same size and consistency as the whale shark towel. When I finally received it, it was NOT even close to the other towel. I had paid the same price for both towels and it was supposed to be the same size. It was literally one layer (thin like a bed sheet). It was a WHOLE FOOT shorter than the other towel. (Not just an inch or so five or take a whole entire foot)... and the tassels on the end were not nearly as nice or put together well. It wasn’t even soft like the other towel. It feels like a completely different fabric. When I contacted them to replace it or give me my money back they wanted me to send them a picture of the towels next to each other as proof, which I did. Instead of doing either of which I asked, they said they would refund me or replace it if I sent the “defective” one back to them. Which I honestly don’t have the time to do this, but why the heck would you want such a crappy, half-effort job of a towel back anyways? That’s not worth my money or time. They rope you in with a first good towel but don’t expect consistent quality.”
