“Not at all impressed or happy with my first experience with this company. Placed an order on June 8th. the cost was withdrawn on the 10th. Today is June 26th and my nieces’ gift still has not arrived. Nor have I gotten any emails or updates. I sent an email an email early this afternoon and have not heard back yet. I do realize of course that we are in this horrible pandemic but an update would be nice....when I “track the order” no information shows up”
