“I am disappointed with this company . I ordered three beach towels and received three totally different beach towel designs and different sizes. I did hear back from customer service right away and they apologized but have not taken care of my order and are not responding to emails. I chose this company over another because they are based in the U.S.
These are Christmas presents which I ordered mid-November in plenty of time to receive for gift giving.
I planned on purchasing more after I received my order but not likely If this is not taken care of.”
