“I have been looking at this towel forever and finally broke down and splurged. It’s worth every penny! My kids made soaking wet sand patties on top of it and the sand flicked right off just like advertised! It dries super fast and is VERY lightweight for rolling up in a bag. I would throw mine across my neck to walk on the beach for sunrise and sunset so my hands were free, but I would have something to sit on if I wanted to. It was basically the weight of a scarf. “Overall very disappointed with sand cloud. I ordered my towels on August 24 for my September 24 vacation. I still have not received. This is due to Sand Cloud choosing to use FedEx and then refusing to help me when there is clearly a label issue. My package has gone from Maryland to West Virginia to Georgia to now Mississippi. I live in Indiana. I have reached out to Sand cloud twice and both times I have been told to just wait on the package. I fear it will not be here in time for my vacation. I even urged the customer service representative with the last email to please recognize this package would not be here by my vacation and to help me. But no, again I was told it was “expected to arrive by September 11”… but it is still sitting in Mississippi. Today is September 14. Twenty days after I ordered my products. $150 dollars worth of products!
I would seriously consider the choice of shipping Sand Cloud uses (there’s a reason all my Amazon packages come via UPS) and how they handle issues when ordering products from them.”
