When I first received my package, I was very upset because I had only received 1 towel instead of the whole bundle. When I contacted customer service, they were very quick to respond and very helpful. The rest of my towels came two days later, just like the rep said they would. They are so soft and wonderful. The colors are gorgeous, and I cannot wait for the beaches to reopen so I can take them!”
