“Terrible. I ordered on a Black Friday advertisement. The package just never made it into transit. The customer service only offers an apology and it’s taken many many e mails to get an actual resolution. My resolution came a couple days shy of one month later and it was the wrong order. So now I can mail back the incorrect order and hope the correct one arrives. Again the customer service is not a customer service it’s a e mail response that works in there favor.
As far as the towel that arrived it’s a Turkish style towel as advertised and it’s compact. Over priced for what it is, really.”
