“My biggest complaint is that i’ve emailed twice in regards to the mistake ur company made in sending me the wrong size item and I have received only automative responses that does not address the actual issue or mistake your company made in regards to my order. Ive sent photos and copies of my receipt and still no one has addressed the actual issue. Your customer service in resolving this matter is subpar and disappointing for such a high ticketed item.”

“The towel looks exactly as pictured. It’s not as soft as I had expected from other reviews, but maybe after a few washes it will get softer. I used at the beach this weekend and while dry it is great, no sand, but once it is wet it does get very sandy and has to completely dry in order to shake the sand off.”
