“My first Sandcloud purchase was the roundie and I love it, but my huge problem with the new XL acid wash towel is almost all the color has bled after only two washes. It ruined another item it was washed with as was lighter, but after the second wash the color is so faded it doesn't even look like the same towel. I was intending to contact you about this issue today or tomorrow and received this email. I don't believe the price of this towel is aligned wth the quality I expect but did not receive.”
