“We received 3 that were the low profile ones I was expectiong, but one that was quite bulky that I didn't expect. It won't be soemthing I can easily travel with, so that one is going to be returned.”
“Unfortunately it was, and still is, incredibly frustrating and unsolved. I received a totally different item than a Large Towel but someone had tagged it as a Large Towel so it was clearly an error. That happens and no problem- easy fix you’d imagine. Sadly no- even after sending pictures of the very clearly not a Large Towel and the incorrect label they won’t send a Large Towel. Instead want me to keep that as it is labeled as a Large Towel (again it’s mislabeled) and have a $12 credit for inconvenience? I said no thank you I’d just like the large towel - no response and it’s been 4 days. No phone number to call and no reply to my follow up. I received unsolicited merchandise and still have not received my Large Towel. It isn’t worth it since apparently you can get different items OTHER than a Large towel.”

“The fabric used to make this style is very different than the towels that I had purchased in the past. Although they are a-great designs and perfect size the fabric is still thicker than the previous towels that I bought. I was under the impression that the only thing that would have been different would be the design of the towel.”
