“Revising my review after customer service reached out to me and offered me a partial refund. I really appreciate them following up. In conclusion, I recommend to not try to save money by buying the mystery towel assuming it’ll be a print you’ll like, just purchase the one you want. I’ve purchased many other towels in the past from them and when I’ve selected the print I like, it came as advertised and always super cute. Love how light weight these towels are and a much better quality than purchasing something random on Amazon. I will continue to purchase in the future. :)

I have liked every single print I’ve ever seen from this company so I assumed it would be something cute, but this was a print I’ve never seen listed and just something I’d never buy. It has random red flags on it with stars? Gave 2 stars because of course the quality of the towel is fine, but now I can’t use it and I don’t want to gift it either because it would make a very weird gift. They could have stuck with a simple design and been good. Even just a single color. I’ve ordered from this company before and have loved every purchase until now. Super disappointed.”
