“I love the feel of the blanket and the print is gorgeous, however upon opening it, I discovered snags in the blanket. I contacted customer service immediately and provided pictures of the snags. I received an auto reply right away saying they would get back to me but it’s now been 17 days and I haven’t heard from anyone.
Would give 5 stars if it arrived without the snags.”
