“I ordered this towel as a gift. The order confirmation said it would be shipped in 5-7 business days and included a tracking number. 25 business days later I do not have my order. When I contact customer service I receive a canned response that my order is taking longer than normal due to COVID-19. The tracking still has not updated. Using COVID-19 as an excuse for poor service is unacceptable.”
