“Love, love, love these masks. Super lightweight, comfortable, soft and breathable. Not to mention every one I've received has been super cute. My fiance is a little picky about his masks and has a hard time finding ones that fit comfortably and don't cause him to break out - he can wear these ones all day!”
“The masks are of good quality and are a great idea, but I’d much rather choose what color and pattern I’m going to receive.
I ordered two sets (for my husband and myself) and they were all the same. Polka dots are cute for girls but not so much for guys. I kept mine but gave the others to friends, then had to buy masks elsewhere so I could choose the color and pattern.
If Sand Cloud really wants to get on board with mask marketing, it would be a good idea to offer masks in their popular prints (like they do with towels) where the customer can choose what they’re buying - especially since they don’t allow returns. Who wants to buy a mystery towel? Not me.
I also find any mask with ear loops to be uncomfortable after about an hour. Masks with ties are far more comfortable and ensure a better fit for everyone.
Please, Sand Cloud, make masks with adjustable ties and let your customers choose their own fabrics!”
“I own several sand cloud towels and a bag and love them but these were a disappointment. I waited for them to be in stock and expected a color variety but mine are NOT the same as pictured... Both were tie dye and feel "thicker" than the woven material from my other towels. I'm sure it's the same as the tie dye towels but it's thicker feeling than the others making the mask feel thick.”
“The masks were a big disappointment. Not only where they too small, both masks were not made the same size or same quality. When I tried to do a return/refund online the items were discounted even tho they were sold out. I emailed and instead of a refund they suggested sending me another set. I finally agreed and am waiting on a new pair of masks to arrive. Today I let my son use the mask (that's how small they were) and after getting wet from water play the mask started bleeding. His cheeks were all blue and i could squeeze dye from the mask. Overall these were not made well at all!”
“I really wanted to like these - the fabric is great and the zero waste part is even better. Unfortunately, the ear loops on both masks were just too small and did not have much stretch to them. The masks actually became painful after a day at work, and I am disappointed I can't use these.”
“the masks are really cute and very soft. I also love that its made from recycled scraps and the mystery of not knowing what pattern you'll get! The only down side I could say is that the elastic bands for the mask do hurt my ears after a while. Another upside I would say is that they fit my 3 tear old daughter well, and they fit me so I love that”
