“I've STRUGGLED to love bath towels over the years. I thought the fluffier the better, right? These totally changed my mind. While they're not AS thin as the sandcloud beach towels, they're much thinner than normal towels. But they are SO soft and SO absorbent. Not to mention they're HUGE! My 6'4 husband really appreciated this purchase haha. And the design is beautiful”

“These towels and 4 other that I purchased frayed like crazy at a raw edge of the trim. They turned into a tangled nightmare in the wash that took me 20 minutes and a pair of scissors to work out. When I reached out to Customer Service, Mark offered me a $31 credit. When I said that was insulting, he offered me more and ended up shaming me for purchasing the towels on sale. ALL I WANTED WAS REPLACEMENT TOWELS that weren't going to be a nightmare every time I washed them (who has time for that when I spent $302 on towels for the family?).
I have returned all of the towels and will NEVER purchase from Sand Cloud again. (Here's praying that they don't try to take a restocking fee or some other total BS. I don't want to have to fight it with my credit card company but I don't trust their customer service after my experience with Mark).”

“This was my second order of bath towels from Sand Cloud. I absolutely loved the first two sets of towels. Unfortunately this order wasn’t quite as nice. The whale shark design is fantastic but the towels themselves are considerably thinner than my older towels and are not as soft or absorbent. Maybe I got a fluke order but definitely not what I expected based off my initial experience.”
