“I wasn't so concerned with how quickly the towels dried as I was about how quickly the towels dried me. My husband doesn't like the fluffy towels, complaining they just smear the water around and not absorb it. These Sand Cloud towels work much better for him and feel good to me. I see more Sand Cloud Towels in my future.”

“customer service was awful. I got this pack late. Before this I was trying to return the rest of my order. I think I wrote a dozen emails repeating the same issue, clarifying things wiht the rep (all of which was in the long chain again and again) multiple times. When I wanted to return i was told twice if I kept the item I'd get a discount. I agreed twice (didn't get any confirmation so I went back to my account to check and was asked to resubmit). Then my order disappeared. As did my account. I dealt with a robo chat rep. Realized it was boiler plate. Emailed. Then I got a real rep who told me not to worry I could keep the towels and the discount was applied. Then the same rep sent me a note later saying I needed to send the towel back. By that time I had packed the rest of the order i wanted to return. So I had to open and repack it. Some time later I was told to use a fedex label. had to unpack and repack again. Followed up on the service. And even then, with a manager, she ignored questions I asked. So I tried to cancel this sage towel b/c was so put off but the manager never adressed my cancellation. Twice. Sage towels arrived. and they are actually cute; I might have kept them except I'm so disgusted with the service and time sink, no way am I supoprting this. Literally this company should pay me for the time I've been spending to sort out their tech, customer service and logistics. Nightmare.”
