“I bought this item and finally got it on Wednesday (it is now Saturday), I was super excited and have been wanting to get these forever so I finally saved up the money to get them. I used 3 times so far and noticed that the dye is fading- it looks like it has bleach marks. I have only used this right out of the shower so no product has gotten on them, just water.
I am super disappointed by this... I also bought the Terra XL Grey bundle and I'm afraid to use them in case they do the same thing.”

Navy color towels lint. I guess they will stop after a few washes
Customer support is something amazing. When they found out about my lint problem, they provided a detailed instruction on what I can do about it and checked on me to see if the problem was gone.
They are taking their job very serious. As a customer I felt cared for and I got all the attention i needed. I didn't experience such customer service before.”
