“I bought the sage colored set and really loved how soft they were, so I went on to buy the grey set only a few weeks later. What I received scratchy, rough, very low quality set. I was puzzled as the sage set was soft and comfortable. I don't know if I received a defective set of 4, or if grey set is made with different materials... but they really are night and day in terms of the quality/softness. I wrote to the customer service more than a week ago at this point and they have not responded. I'm very sad since grey color goes well with my bathroom color. Once I hear from them (whenever it is), I hope I can exchange to a new set (but only if it comes in soft and comfortable quality like the sage ones).”

“This is my first time buying this brand and the amount of lint that comes off these towels is insane i followed the wash instructions even had a second set sent and you have to brush the towel ends just to get them looking new. I recommend washing (soaking)them twice and cool tumble drying (dryer removes a lot of the lint) before use, or else you’ll get lint fabric in your eyes and mouth when you try drying off after a shower. After cleaning up the mess it leave on the carpet you’ll have an amazing towel set to use :) I got them on sale so i have no idea if the regular prices towels are higher quality. Good enough for me.”
