“I loved my bag for a long time until it was dirty enough it needed to be washed. I hesitated but the care label on the bag said it could be washed. I put it on cold gentle/handwash cycle and did not put it in the dryer. Despite being careful it still ruined the bag. The fabric is not the same, it shrunk, and handles are all twisted now. Do NOT wash your bag in the machine. Maybe just spot clean it. They should remove that label. I'm super bummed and have to replace it now.”
