“EDIT TO ADD: the customer service team reached out after my review below & advised me that as these towels get washed more, they become more absorbent. Sure enough after a few weeks of having them & washing them, they are absorbing as needed now. Overall really happy! & very pleased with the customer service team!
I had really high expectations for these because everything else has been top tier. These are kitchen towels, which need to be absorbent….whether you’re wiping your hands or wiping up a mess. If you want something just for decoration, these are 100% great. HOWEVER, these aren’t absorbent at all, unlike the beach towels & bath towels I have purchased. I wipe my hands & there is still a film of water. I tried washing them & see if that changed anything, but it didn’t. I love the look, and they go with my home, I just wish they were more practical & absorbent.”

“Pretty, but not as absorbent as I would want. That being said Sandcloud's customer service is so great - they asked how they could help they sent in ways to make them more absorbent and ensured I was satisfied.”
“They really are soft, and have a sophisticated design that looks great in the kitchen...but the absorbency isn't there. It's more effort trying to dry your hands or dishes. They're thin, as advertised, and take up less space to store them but that has taken away from functionality. I love that they're organic Turkish cotton, that was my main goal in buying them to rid of the fake microplastic, rough fabrics but I don't know if I can continue using these that won't dry things like a towel should and unfortunately thinking of returning them.
Pros: Soft, lovely design, and healthy fabric for your home. Also is fast drying like advertised.
Cons: Very low absorbency and leaves hands/dishes still wet, or taking twice as long to do its job.”
