“This product came to me damaged. All five towels have major snags and one of them has a full-blown hole. When I contacted customer service, it took them almost a week to get back to me, and you can only speak to them through email. Their response is below in the pictures
Basically, they asked me to fix the holes and the snags by trying to pull the threads back through the towels, and if that didn’t work to cut the threads and wash the towels. I can’t believe the poor quality of these towels and the poor customer service. When I spend this much money I expect the product to be in fantastic condition and customer service to be at least at a 7/10. I haven’t even taken the towels out of the packages yet and they’re damaged.

“Quality is excellent, very intricate detail in my opinion. Comfortable and breathable. I use for bath towels. Larger size and thinner material is perfect for nice tight wrap around my body. The air dry very quickly. Dry the body even faster. Much cooler to wear than regular cotton towel. Design gives it a little something extra. Colors and design makes it that more unique.”

“I think the towels are gorgeous, but they really are single use in a day towels, which doesn’t work for a day at the beach or pool. We swam once, then used the towels and hung them up outside to dry. 3 hours later, they were still very damp. We went for another swim, but the towels were too wet to dry us off the second time. I was hoping for either more absorbency or faster drying time.”
