I debated taking one star away due to what I believed should have been more timely shipping. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and it didn't arrive on time for my beach vacation. It sat on my porch for a week. I guess it was not 2-3 days from the time of ordering, but 2-3 when they get it in the mail?”

“The towel/blanket is so thin, not absorbent and way too costly. I’m very disappointed. After washing, it is covered in lint. Great marketing, you fooled me! Waste of $70. Washed it again hoping to get rid of the lint to no avail. I don’t even want to use it covered in lint, simply awful. Does the lint ever go away?”

“I did not receive my whale, fin XL towel. Instead, I received another towel in a small size. I have emailed and left reviews and posted on Facebook. Nobody will return my emails or respond back by calling me. I don’t know how to get my money back or the towel I really actually did order. This was a birthday gift for a family member and it was so disappointing it did not arrive. Overall, I would not recommend from purchasing directly from SandCloud. You are better off to purchase from an independent store.”

“We loved our new sand cloud! We used it on our last beach trip and was so easy to bring to beach for sunsets and lay out during the day! It didn’t trap sand and get all over the house. We were able to lift it up and the sand fell right off. It was also very comfortable to sit on. Love it”
