“Tried to order the towel, but the website was a nightmare! No availability on the live chat (it shouldn't be called live if no one is available). The checkout process won't let you edit your cart. They overload your texts with 15% off offers, but offer no code to enter at checkout to get the discount. Not sure if I'll seek out a store to buy the towel, I know that's an option, but their customer service is so incredibly lacking, that I'm afraid that if I have an issue it will be a huge deal to resolve it....”
