“*EDIT* Eventually I was able to get a refund for the towels. While I am still disappointed that the towels faded (my best guess is that the dye on this particular color of towel is not well suited for the application) I am happy that Sand Cloud stood behind the quality of their product. The towels themselves are great and I hope to purchase more in the future.
I was so excited to receive and use these towels and I bought 4 packages (total of 8 bath and 8 hand towels). I thought I was buying a quality product. Before use, I washed and dried the towels per the instructions and they all looked great. But then, after we used them one time simply for drying off after showering, and using to dry hands after washing and then left them to hang dry- exactly as they are intended to be used, every single towel has large faded spots.”
