“So the ordering process is the only thing I had a problem with I believe the best way to fix the problem is to maybe just specify that certain products are sold out instead of saying ‘preorder’ on them. I thought I was getting my order a lot sooner but I didn’t because I picked a preorder item. It was just a little confusing. Other than that when I got everything figured out after countless emails exchanged, and I received a towel it is extremely soft and really gorgeous.
