“Worst customer service. I think I had a dozen emails repeating the same issue ( in the long chain) multiple times. When I wanted to return the items i was told twice online if I kept the item I'd get a discount. I agreed twice (didn't get any kind of comfirmation so went back in to check and had to redo it). Then my order disappeared. As did my account. Then I got robo reps. Asked for a real one and rep told me not to worry I could keep the towels at the discount. Mind you I did not want or ask for the discount. Or wnat to keep the towel. It was offered. Three times. Then the same rep sent me a note saying that was a mistake. Send back the towel. By that time I had packed the rest of the order i wanted to return. So I had to rip it open and repack it. Then I was sent a new fedex label to use. I had to AGAIN unpack and repack it. After that debacle I didn't want anything-I had one more item coming, a towel pack-told a MANAGER that I'd like to cancel the order just b/c of the issues. Twice she did not acknowledge my question as I was in a conversation chronicling all the lapses. I kept getting no accountability, platitudes and boilerplate just "we're sorry our policies don't work for you"...I have no problems with the policy if they can stick to a policy. I had whiplash figuring out what they wanted me to do. Literally this company should pay me for the time I've wasted on email, on their site, packing and repacking and their garbage customer service. It. was. bad.”
