“Received an email to review my purchase except I haven’t even received the item I purchased yet. I ordered the Crush XL towel on August 6th when it had a pre order ship date of August 20th. Well it’s now August 27th and I haven’t even gotten a shipping notification yet. I’m sure if I had the item it would be great. Sand Clouds quality is top of the line. Sand Cloud says it could be another 2 weeks before my towel ships. I’m just a little disappointed. I know this is a popular item but waiting over a month for an item you already paid for is just too long.”

“My order for the Crush Turtle XL never arrived. I emailed twice only to receive 2 automated responses, no human ever reached out. It wasn't until I made a comment on one of their social media posts that they finally responded. What is interesting is that I was told it was a "pre-order" but it most certainly did not say that when I ordered it. What is even more interesting is that just posted a review on here on 8/19 with the Crush Turtle XL...surely theirs was "pre-ordered" too.
I'm sure the item is good, but overall the service has been poor. I won't be buying from Sand Cloud again and I will likely not recommend it to others.”
