“I bought this towel because of the overwhelming positive reviews and I am just “meh” about this towel. It is incredibly soft and beautiful however I don’t feel like it keeps me dry very well. So far I use it more as a blanket on the ground or wrap around myself than an actual towel.”

“I bought one of these not knowing anyone who owned one but figured I’d give it a shot. I love it! It’s super soft and light weight. Used it at the beach and I have small children who love to walk on the towel with wet, sandy feet. As soon as I picked it up and shook it off all the sand came off. “After receiving form emails from Sand cloud I received one from an actual person. My issue seems to be resolved. The towel was not received either Postal error or postal thief? But Sand Cloud stepped up and offered to replace the crush turtle towel that I did not receive. I would have to wait till their stock was replenished For the one I originally ordered or they would send the teal colored in about a week. I chose the teal colored so I could have it sooner. So once I did actually communicate with real people Sand Cloud did the right thing and I appreciate that. Poor customer service. I would like to know when my whole order will be received or my money returned.
