“I ordered the whale shark towel and love the quality. I also ordered the turtle towel in the dark blue pattern and it is horrible. There are so many snagged threads and I haven't even taken it outside. I am afraid to use it. I adore the pattern but the quality made me very sad.”

“I ordered my towel at the end of June with the understanding that things take longer to ship due to COVID. I was charged on my credit card, waiting and there was no delievery. I have been waiting like the email said for my shipping email, nothing. I have contacted customer service x2, called and tried there facebook messaging. The custumer service is awful and no one responds to my messages. I still do not have the towel and no one can tell me more. The company sent me a "write a review" on the towel I never recieved. So here we are, weeks later with no answer. Hopefully this will get someones attention.”
