“I ordered two XL bundles and one L bundle, both "reclaimed. The initial omission of 2/3 of my order left a bad taste in my mouth. I did eventually receive the rest of my order after jumping through all their hoops and way more emails back and forth than should be necessary. Apparently they don't actually read or view attachments on initial contact, so despite following all their instructions the first time, I had to do it multiple times. For the exorbitant price, I was expecting at least accurate fulfillment, not $200 of merchandise omitted.
The towels are ok, but not as insanely impressive as the marketing or price would suggest. They do fold smaller than terry/loop towels, but they don't dry skin all that well and leave a lot of lint behind. The towels themselves dry more quickly than terry towels, but they're not as absorbent, so I don't know if they're just drying faster because of less liquid in the fibers or because they actually dry quickly.
At this time, I would not recommend these to friends and family for use as actual towels with an expectation of drying oneself. Maybe I'm just not used to them, but after a couple weeks of use, I'm just not at all impressed.”

This feels dishonest, like they are paying for good reviews. I still won't be buying from them again, and I now question all the high reviews they have received. How many of them were paid for? “I thought I’d selected towels, but got these blankets instead. They’re huge! Honestly, I may use them as warm weather blankets since we are landlocked and seldom get to a lake or anything. Or gifts. Either way, ended up being a happy mistake.”
