“Customer service for the return was excellent! The poncho has a terry cloth triangular piece on the front of the neckline…didn’t care for the look. However the quality and design on the fabric was very nice and worth the price.”

“Love the look and overall quality. I have two issues, which prevented me from giving it 5 stars.
The fabric is much heavier than expected and the opening for the head is extremely snug, and I'm a woman.
Finally , I think it will be very durable and will soften with use but I do wish it came without a hood.”
