“I love the look of this towel. It's so cute. I followed the washing directions on the website and even let the towel air dry. Several threads have pulled causing damage to the rest of the towel. There are even little nubs throughout the entire thing. I contacted customer service but haven't heard back yet. I receive the towel on Saturday, washed Sunday and now it's ruined.”
