I was able to have that one exchanged which was fine and then when I washed both of them the tassel started unraveling there were snakes in the material they’ve only been through the wash on a delicate cycle cool water hung dry first time and we’re falling apart. I have sent numerous emails and not gotten a response as to how to return these items or where to return them to.”
