“I am so so so disappointed in these towels. All the reviews and descriptions - this towel dries nothing. I didn't use it at the beach, but poolside and I would still expect it to at least dry my skin. Awesome pattern love the Star Wars theme but not effective as a towel. Very disappointed.
Update: shockingly good customer service. Someone from the company reached out to see if they could improve the experience. Suggested an alternate wash option to try. I did as suggested and the towels still didn't dry as I would expect a towel to dry. *shrug* oh well no big deal. The company followed up AGAIN to see if their suggestion worked and I told them that it didn't but thank you for reaching out and trying - rare these days. Reader - they offered me a refund of my order. I didn't ask for a refund, I certainly wasn't expecting one. I even replied back telling them I didn't feel it right that I would get a refund and still keep the towels. I explained I made an Internet purchase, it didn't work out and apparently I prefer super fluffy towels over these particular types of towels, no big deal. I kid you not, they replied AGAIN offering me full refund or gift card and still keep the towels I had purchased. I gotta be honest as I am writing this it still seems quite unreal. Such fantastic customer, not just service, but customer CARE which is rare these days. What a stand up company to do business with.
And hey, the towels didn't do it for me. Everyone is different and allowed to have different preferences. These towels may be your dream come true. And you can't beat the Star Wars patterns, those are cool to have anyway. And definitely a good company to give your hard earned money to.”
