“Love the print and the size is phenomenal, but several reviews have said how soft the blanket is and mine is stiff and scratchy, which is a little disappointing. Washing instructions say not to use fabric softener, so I’ll probably end up using it more as a blanket to throw down out on the grass to play outside with my baby. Still really nice, was just hoping to use it for lounging inside.”

Customer service is great and super prompt. They made sure I got a partial refund which is very much appreciated. They also have recommendations on how to fix loose strings and assured me that this doesn’t happen frequently. Still love the blanket.”
“Absolutely love the pattern. The blanket is stunning! Not comfy tho. I am so disappointed in how rough and scratchy the blanket is. Not ideal for lounging around with and certainly would not recommend for a bed. Very different feel than the towels I have purchased in the past. It is adorable tho!
Update! SANDCLOUD customer service has been phenomenal! Someone reached out with some tips and tricks to help try and remedy my situation with the scratchiness of my blanket. They also compensated me with a gift card for the troubles. I cannot rave about their level of customer service! My 3 stars are def changing to a 5!”
