“The design and ordering process is easy and straight-forward. Prices are attractive enough to use them rather than a local sandwich board shop even though getting the sandwich boards in your hand takes longer. From ordering to delivery was 7 days to Arizona including a weekend between ordering and shipping, versus 3 for local sandwich board shop. What is not easy at all, and the reason I subtracted one star, is trying to figure out how to get a new sandwich board design to appear in "My saved designs." I have previously ordered sandwich boards that I want to order again, do not find them in saved designs, and have to go back to look up an order number to find it. I have to call every time to figure out how to include that design on the saved designs page because despite searching the sight it does not become obvious how to do it. I would like to see a new design appear automatically and immediately upon completing an order AND have an "Add design to My saved designs." button appear on the design page at the bottom next to the "Add to cart" button so that after making a new sandwich board design it can be added right then.. That button should also be added to the "Cart" page placed in each item box a as a user reminder in case the user did not think to add it previously.”
