“I can’t thank Pat enough for my hive check and queen installation. He patiently and gracefully walked my young daughter and me through the process, letting us participate along the way. He had great advice on maintaining the hive, including little changes we could make to improve the hive’s environment. The energy he brought, and his clear love of bees, was inspiring. He is an apiculturist of the highest quality and I look forward to our continued relationship. 5 out of 5 stars, would beekeep again.”

“I purchased two nucs and was very meticulous with transport, installation, and feeding. The nucs were in "good" condition when I received them. One nuc had some activity on all frames, had lots of brood, and some honey. The other nuc was in worse shape, but not terrible. It had little to no brood and I was even wondering whether it had a viable queen (I couldn't find her). But 10 days later a check revealed a little new brood so there is obviously a queen in there. That second nuc is slowly gaining strength, but is struggling a bit. I'm optimistic it will continue to grow. Postscript: Pat C. has been extremely responsive and helpful. He followed up with me several times and is committed to my hives' success. Thanks, Pat! I'm chaning my 4 stars to 5.”

“This was the best nuc I have received here in the 805 and have tried a few other companies. The nuc was packed WALL TO WALL with bees, and every frame was stuffed with brood. They were foraging hours after install. After a mite test as well, none at all. Can't recommend enough!”
