Paolo, We have no record of your calling or emailing and we make no guarantees on our availability to remove bees which is a paid service as it takes time, knowledge and resources to rescue them, relocate the bees and get them situated in an apiary. Swarm rescues are time sensitive which is why we list out head beekeepers number on the site. Thank you for caring about the bees.
