The condition of bus was just pathetic. I can share some images if the company wants. There was a large crack on the windscreen.

No issue was faced in ticketing, but mentioned departure time was 6 pm and the bus departed at 7 and the arrival time was mentioned as 8:30 but still, I m enroute and according to the Staff we will reach our destination by 3 pm almost after 7 hours of delay and it is not acceptable at all.

Busses used by Daewoo Bus service are very old and uncomfortable up to some extent. Upgradation of busses is direly needed for better customer satisfaction.

Zero stars! only their name is Sasta! Nothing else they provide is cheap! they keep increasing prices, especially for the Daewoo bus service! Instead of making it cheaper.
