“No issue was faced in ticketing, but mentioned departure time was 6 pm and the bus departed at 7 and the arrival time was mentioned as 8:30 but still, I m enroute and according to the Staff we will reach our destination by 3 pm almost after 7 hours of delay and it is not acceptable at all.”
