Thought that they are responsible platform to book flight but not a good experince.

“Totally unprofessional attitude of Airline- AirSial .Flight cancelled but no intimation to passengers.
They are also not taking and responsibility and their staff at airport is so casual that nothing happened if Flight delayed.
There is no logic to travel with such a Flight Service provider ( Airsial) who are not serious with their customers. Extremely disappointing.”
