“These pans are fantastic. I don’t have to worry about sticking and I’m using a lot less oil and butter. I do recommend reading the directions as to their limits and proper cooking techniques for your sake and the pan. I often find that I don’t need to scour the pan after cooking unless I’m going to be cooking something completely different. It’s also great that if need be, they can go in the oven to finish a dish.”
