Scanpan was my first foray into "higher end" cookware and I have been loyal for over 15 years. My comparisons are based on using my Mom's Clphln. Scanpan is easy to handle because they are not so heavy, but the even heat distribution is great, and the nonstick surface withstands abuse. The Classic line has cool handles too. I add to my collection, and hand down the well - used pieces... GOOD VALUE”
