“I keep the pan on my stove and use it very frequently; i.e. if not every day, then every other day. It cleans very easily. I really like the pan and enjoy using it. I want to buy the 11" Scanpan. I have also used it in the oven at 375 deg. without any problem. Would recommend this pan.”
