“This Saute Pan is my preferred way to reheat anything that has some moisture or can have moisture added over using the microwave. The reheated item stays heated when you are eating it as opposed to a quick heat loss using the microwave. May not be as fast as the microwave, but the extra few minutes is well worth it.”

“It is well-made and conducts heat evenly at a setting of "medium." This saute pan is easy to clean as very little or no oil is needed to cook. I use this pan for various preparations. It's well worth the price.”

“This is an "ALL USE" pan - I fry in it, saute, make sauces .... the depth allows it to serve many purposes. I couldn't do without it~in fact, I can't do without ANY of my Scanpans. They are awesome.”
