“I bought a larger, rectangular version of this pan about 5 years ago. LOVED IT! The new version has ribbed grease/juice ridges. Not good!! You want to cook in juices. The small version is ok but nit nearly as functional. Please bring back the larger size is s smooth bottom!”

“I actually love ScanPans except I made the mistake of buying directly from the manufacturer and they do not do free returns. So, don't buy direct. Buy from Amazon or Williams Sonoma or somewhere that is a resonable 21st century company that has a tyical shipping-paid return policy. Scanpan's biz practices are antiquated.”
