“I have cherished my four ScanPans for decades...way way before their recent popularity!! The old lid for my 11 inch frypan was all glass except for the knob. The edge finally started to chip around the rim after so many years. The new lid has a metal rim, so clearly I am not the first to have had this problem. The metal rim should do the trick!!!”
“I searched for a high quality 12" skillet and could not find the quality I wanted. Saw that this pan had great reviews but only had the 11". I'm glad I decided to get it and the lid. It is too heavy for me to flip, but I don't mind giving that up for the quality. I need tips on how to keep the bottom nice and shiny. I plan to purchase other size pans!”
