“This is the best fry pan I've ever owned. I wore out the first and bought another because honestly, you won't find anything like it elsewhere. I can prep double what I used to do in an ordinary 12". A big plus is that it does NOT have rivets inside, which most cookware has and is a pain cleaning. The only downside is that it's a little heavy, but I'll manage!! The key is to not cook beyond med heat and no metal utinsils. This time I'm very careful. One more thing, it does not distribute heat evenly so you have to get creative.”
Hi Michelle. Thanks for your comment. It is normal for the surface of the cookware to change in appearance after use. In regards to cleaning, we recommend hot soapy water and dishwashing liquid.
