“Excellent non stick sirface. Seems tougher than regular classic surface.Easy clean up. Use it mostly for eggs both real and non cholesterol. NOTHING sticks to it. Have had classic scanpans since mid 90's. The only thing about the pro series that could use an improvement is the rivets in the handle. Prefer the classic smotjh edge.”
