is absolutely amazing!! I wish all my other Scanpan pieces had
the same, but they are still functioning quite well and I cannot
afford to buy new.
Some people complain that the Scanpan CS+ series of pans
are all too heavy. Too bad, as that assures holding temperature and not warping at high heat.”
“I'm not sure what took so long to invent CS+ surface… But this is the best cooking surface ever invented. It's reminiscent of the rough texture of a cast-iron pan with all those macro "dents" that hold moisture/butter/oil to prevent sticking and the clean up, even with burnt or charged surfaces, comes right out. I will and have not purchased another type of pot or pan since my discovery of the CS plus!”
