“This replaced an idential Scanpan 8" Fry Pan that was over ten years old. It started to show signs of wear and we replaced it. We've never had any non-stick cookware wear like Scanpan. Almost all of our pans and skillets are now Scanpan. Thick metal, heavy and heat very evenly. Highly recommended. We do take care of it--no dishwasher and no very high temperatures (500F.).”

“Great egg pan, nothing sticks to it like any scan pan. Only gripe is the hangy hole is not as large as the 11" professional and doesn't fit on most of my hooks.”
