“This replaced an idential Scanpan 8" Fry Pan that was over ten years old. It started to show signs of wear and we replaced it. We've never had any non-stick cookware wear like Scanpan. Almost all of our pans and skillets are now Scanpan. Thick metal, heavy and heat very evenly. Highly recommended. We do take care of it--no dishwasher and no very high temperatures (500F.).”
