“I LOVE my 8" fry pan. I use it almost daily. It is perfect for frying small amounts and food never sticks. I loved it so much I bought the next size up too. I will never buy any other pans except Scanpans from now on.”

“not a slick surface like teflon and other related non-stick coatings......but has excellent release so works really well. clean up is easy nothing needs to be scrubbed. does not scratch like teflon coating.”
